We understand that things come up, and plans change. However, to ensure we can provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we have the following cancellation policy:

 Cancellations with 7 or more days notice:

If you cancel your order at least 7 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund of the order cost, minus any made-to-order decorations ie. customised cake toppers.
 

Cancellations within 3-6 days of the event:

Orders cancelled 3-6 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund of the total order cost.

 

Cancellations within 48 hours of the event:

Orders cancelled within 48 hours of the event will not receive a refund, as we will have already begun

preparation for your cake.

 

Changes to Orders:
If you wish to make any changes to your order (e.g., design, flavours, pick up time), please notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled pick up time. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but please note that significant changes may incur additional charges or may not be possible due to time constraints.

 

No Show or Late Pickup/Delivery:
If you or your representative does not show up for a scheduled pickup, we are unable to offer a refund.

Special Circumstances:
If an emergency or unforeseen situation occurs, please reach out as soon as possible, and we will try to work with you on an individual basis.
